Sweet Offers Lesbians A Chance To Be Both Naughty And Nice While On Vacation
Hey girls, if you want to cruise the Caribbean with a ship full of other women and do the world some good at the same time, check out Sweet. The lesbian travel company has teamed up with Norwegian Cruise Line to offer a Caribbean cruise this November that will give participants the opportunity to not only have some fun in the sun and enjoy evening revelry but also perform voluntourism activities like painting a school or refurbishing a wildlife habitat.
"We believe in offering opportunities for our guests to get involved in projects that help protect the environment and give back to communities in need," Sweet CEO Shannon Wentworth says, noting, "The idea is to leave the places we visit in better condition than before we came, and to add meaning and purpose to a Sweet vacation."
If we could get back to the evening revelry part of the cruise for a moment, Sweet has joined forces with The Dinah to put together an entertainment lineup that includes comedian Suzanne Westenhoefer, singer/songwriters Jen Foster and Edie Carey and DJs Dirty Kurty, Trina J, Kathy V and Disco Bambina.
Not a cruiser? Other upcoming Sweet excursions include a trip New Orleans, a river rafting adventure and a Kenyan safari.
Out of curiosity, have any of you ever taken a vacation that includes volunteer activities? I haven't, but I can see the appeal of it.

Thanks for this collaboration. By including voluntourism in the tour program you have added extra attraction. Many would be looking for such a great source since a long period as still there are very few like this one.
